The Gist Fan/Flywheel turbo trainer is a great training aid for winter, or for warming up before a race.

The trainer Fan/Flywheel enables light training, mainly with city bicycles for both men and women.

The fan wheels roll anti-clockwise making wind resistance which is transmitted to the small rear roll which enables both hard and light training by using the gears of the bicycle.
