The Gist Ride Fluid Turbo Trainer is strong and can be folded to save space. The cones housing the hubs have a plastic coating to avoid unpleasant scratching. An extra skewer is also provided to avoid this. The lever to adjust the intensity of the training is found on the handlebars for easy access.

Special oil runs through the inner turbines and mills which offers round and fluid pedalling as if the bicycle was on the road making the trainer a comfortable experience for the rider.
